To make an appointment, log in to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal. (Scheduling on MHS GENESIS coming soon). Use Patient Portal to send a message to your provider or call the Central Appointment Desk. Read the MHS GENESIS Brochure for more information. For any care that your primary care manager does not provide, such as urgent, preventative, mental health, and specialty care, you will need a referral. Find out more about how to obtain the necessary referral and authorization.

Referrals are not required for non-active duty beneficiaries to seek acute care at network Urgent Care Centers
All co-pays/cost shares will be in place and expected to be paid by the beneficiaries based on their status and TRICARE plan they are enrolled in.
The 92 MDG Release of Information Office will send medical records pertaining to the appointment to the referred location; no action needed on the patient.
