Respiratory Clinic

Non-Symptomatic Close Contact Testing
Available to Active Duty and Non-AD beneficiaries of any age. Also available to Fairchild Civilian and Contract employees due to occupational exposure. Call the 92 MDG Appointment Line at 509-247-2361 to schedule an appointment.
Administrative COVID-19 testing for Active Duty and Non-AD for Official Requirements
Available by appointment only for PCS, TDY, and surgical needs. Call the 92 MDG Appointment Line at 509-247-2361 to schedule an appointment.
Other COVID-19 Testing Needs
COVID-19 testing required for Deploying members is coordinated separately through your UDM.
COVID-19 testing for Active Duty with symptoms or close contact is no longer available during sick-call. See Respiratory Clinic instructions above.
If you have symptoms outlined on the Fairchild AFB COVID-19 Return to Work Guide, do not go to Sick Call; make an appointment in the Respiratory Clinic.
