The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Operational Medicine Flight – Flight Med Clinic

This clinic serves all active duty service members on flying status or those that have a special duty occupation (EOD, PRP, Rescue, etc.).

Sick Call 

Sick call for non-respiratory issues only is available to active duty service members empaneled to Flight Medicine, Monday-Friday, 7:30-8 a.m. in the OMF Flight Med Clinic. 
 
If you have symptoms outlined on the Fairchild AFB COVID-19 Return to Work Guide, don’t go to Sick Call; make an appointment in the Respiratory Clinic. 

COVID-Related Services

Non-Symptomatic Close Contact Testing 

Available to active duty service members and non-active duty beneficiaries of any age. Also available to Fairchild DOD civilian and contract employees due to occupational exposure. Call the 92nd MDG Appointment Line at 509-247-2361 to schedule an appointment. 

Administrative COVID-19 Testing 

We offer COVID-19 testing to active duty service members, National Guard, and Reserve members, to fulfill official requirements. Available by appointment only, for PCS/TDY/surgical needs. Call the 92nd MDG Appointment Line at 509-247-2361 to schedule an appointment.
