The 92d Medical Group at Fairchild Air Force Base consists of the 92d Operational Medical Readiness Squadron, Dental Flight.

• Cleanings
• Preventive Care
• Routine Restorative Care
• Oral Surgery
• Emergent Care

Services are for Active Duty, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel. Dependents and/or Retirees will need to be seen by a civilian provider and enroll in the TRICARE Dental Program through United Concordia.

After-Hour Dental Emergencies

For an after-hour dental emergencies, such as severe pain, bleeding, swelling, for which you feel you need to speak with a dentist during non-duty hours, call the Dental Officer on duty at 509-994-9637.

Dental Options Outside of Military Dental Clinics

For dental care outside of a military dental clinic, TRICARE offers dental coverage for service members, families and survivors. Additionally, retired service members, their families and certain survivors may qualify to purchase dental coverage through the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program.
